**Job Description**
Join a reputable tier 2 supplier specializing in rubber seals, o-rings, and gaskets. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing products throughout the distribution process, ensuring they are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Receive customer-specific orders from the pick sheet printer.
+ Navigate the warehouse efficiently to pick orders with high attention to detail.
+ Pack orders in small boxes for UPS or FedEx shipping.
+ Place packed orders on pallets for shipment.
+ Learn and operate a sit-down forklift for loading and unloading trailers.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
