Primary Purpose of Role

Allison Off Highway Lugoff SC is a warehouse/distribution operation that primarily receives, picks, packs and ships automotive parts. Our parts weigh anywhere from ounces to several hundred pounds. A warehouse associate will have to lift numerous parts daily while receiving, picking, and packing the work orders.

Key Responsibilities

The primary function of a warehouse associate is to check in, separate and put away inbound product as well as pick, pack, ship outbound orders and move material within the warehouse. A warehouse associate must be able to read and follow a work order. A forklift or other lifting device is used to put away received product, pick orders, load shipments, and consolidate product.
