Warehouse Associate (12h rotational - DAY shift)

**Warehouse Associate (DayShift)**

**Location:** Jackson, MI 49203 | On-site
**Pay rate** : $17-18$ per hour
**Work schedule:** 6am–6pm, Mon to Sun, 3-2-2
**Rotational Schedule** Contract: 3-month W2 contract via staffing supplier (temp to hire)

**Role Summary:** Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, production materials, and logistics. Requires safe lifting, moving materials, and maintaining an organized environment.

**Key Qualifications:**
• HS diploma / GED and 1+ year of related work experience (manufacturing setting highly preferred)
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, climbing)
•Comfortable in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature extremes, chemical odors)
• Valid driver’s license and/or ability to obtain forklift certification • Familiar with scanning tech, UPS shipping, and ERP/SAP systems
