Job Description
Planning warehouse space
Planning manpower resources
Planning for efficiency in the warehouse - Using technology and innovation
Responsible for profit and loss
Answer customer queries on day-to-day basis
Attending KPI meeting with clients
Planning training for the department
Managing customer service officers
Provide training for new employees
Support Junior managers in Operations
Hands On Approach
Any other Duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum 5-8 Years’ Experience in 3PL Operations
Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning
Master in planning of warehouse operations
Master in manpower allocation planning and training
Knowledge of TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal and other certifications
Experience in risk assessment
Knowledge of innovation and technology employment
