Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage data integrity within the internal WMS system, ensuring all stock movements and transactions are logged accurately
Prepare, verify, and organize vital logistics paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and commercial invoices
Coordinate dock appointments and scheduling with freight carriers and small parcel drivers (UPS/FedEx)
Track warehouse packaging supplies and assist management with replenishment requisitions
Directly oversee and assign daily tasks to Order Pickers and Packers to ensure that fulfillment metrics (KPIs) are met
Monitor team performance, provide on-the floor training to new hires, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks in real-time
Enforce safety protocols, clean-dock guidelines, and proper equipment operation across picking and packing zones
