Warehouse Assistant

Job Description (JD)
- Receive and inspect incoming goods

• Manage inventory and storage

• Process orders and shipments

• Collaborate with logistics team

• Use computer systems to manage warehouse data

• Conduct regular stock takes

• Operate forklift for moving goods

• Ensure installation and maintenance of electrical equipment in warehouse

• Make improvements and organize factory and warehouse areas for efficiency

• Manage Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in warehouse

• Handle warehouse reports and documentation

• Be responsible for safeguarding company assets

• Give instructions to subordinate staff (if needed)

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
