Warehouse Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

The incumbent will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth stock movement and availability of materials, while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

Receiving & Processing Stock

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Verify goods against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues
• Record stock details accurately in the system

Inventory Management
