WalkMe Builder
Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Plano, TX - 3 days hybrid on-site
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product owners and UX specialists to develop and drive the WalkMe strategy.Lead the design, build, and maintenance of WalkMe deployments for internal-facing applications.Develop KPIs and operational metrics for WalkMe deployments.Work across multiple product areas, developing partnerships with Lines of Business and product teams.Design, code, test, debug, and document WalkMe capabilities and requirements.Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis to solve complex issues.Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges.Required Qualifications
