Scope of the Role :
• Assisting the account managers
• Generating the Sales Report, work on CRM tools like Oracle, Salesforce .

Key Roles and Responsibilitie s:
• Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
• Work on account related Queries at backend
• Work on CRM tools like Oracle and Salesforce in backend
• Meeting SLA and TAT
• Meet the attendance target
• Meet the internal Quality scores
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with account manager / customer s.

Skill Set Requir ed:
• Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong/Good written communication skills
• Ability to multitasking effectively
• MS Access & SQL Proficiency is added advant age

Qualificati ons: 12 + 3 years of education (Any Gradua te)
Department/Proc ess: Sales Support - Enterprise Team
