SV Care is recruiting a Permanent Waking Night Residential Support Worker for our new Ofsted-registered children’s residential provision within Basildon . This is a chance to be part of shaping a service in a newly renovated and spacious modern property finished to the highest standard.

We’re looking to recruit passionate, dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people in our society who’ve experienced neglect, abuse, and trauma. As a result of these early life experiences, the young people we care for may at times display challenging behaviours. You will need to be resilient and dedicated enough to manage such behaviours while continuing to provide unconditional care, advice, and support.
