Waiter / Waitress​

Key Responsibilities:

+ Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their dining experience.
+ Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
+ Maintain good knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergens.
+ Ensure guest satisfaction by responding quickly to requests and concerns.
+ Process payments accurately using POS systems.
+ Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
+ Follow food safety procedures and IHG service standards at all times.
+ Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
+ Attend training sessions and contribute positively to the team and guest experience.
