Job Description - Duties & Responsibilities Supervise daily front-of-house operations in the café/restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, guide and motivate waiters/waitresses and service crew during shifts. Arrange staff duty roster, table assignment and ensure sufficient manpower during peak hours. Greet customers warmly, allocate tables and ensure high service standards at all times. Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages and handling special requests when necessary. Ensure all staff follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for service, hygiene and safety. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate to manager when required. Check table settings, cleanliness of dining area, counter and cashier area before, during and after operations.
