Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and creative individual to join our events team. This role combines excellent dining service with hands‑on event styling, including balloon design and table setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Dining Service
• Greet guests warmly
• Take accurate orders
• Serve food and beverages professionally
• Balloon Styling
• Create and install balloon arches, garlands, pillars, and centerpieces
• Follow event themes and client preferences
• Design table skirting (diamond, pleated, butterfly, etc.)
• Set up buffet and VIP tables
• Event Setup & Teardown

Qualifications

• With experience in catering, events, or restaurant service
• Must have a portfolio (photos of balloon styling or table skirting work)
