Waiter

Overview

We are looking for a Waiter to join our restaurant in Musaffah. Our restaurant offers an excellent working atmosphere and competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and responsive service to guests in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and thank them when they leave in accordance with established standards
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving items and answering questions related to menu items
• Ensure that all orders are accurate, served timely and in accordance with standards set by management
• Maintain proper dining experience by having menu knowledge and being able to answer any questions regarding ingredients or menu items
• Take orders from customers accurately while upselling when appropriate
