Process Worker – Shredder Operator

We are currently looking to fill the full-time permanent position of Shredder Operator. We are seeking individuals with strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take initiative – full training will be given.

This role works shifts consisting of a 4 on 4 off roster (2x 12hr days – 7am–7:30pm, 2x 12hr nights – 7pm–7:30am) then 4 days off, and potential for extra hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operating the shredder and loader in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensuring the boiler fuel supply is maintained, and various other tasks related to boiler operation
• Collecting and processing various unused material from site

Ideal Candidate

• Are able to perform work in a safe manner, following all safety procedures
• Have good mechanical knowledge & maintenance skills
• Have experience driving mobile plant
• Are able to work unsupervised ...
