Je voert gesprekken met vrijwilligers en deelnemers, koppelt hen aan elkaar en houdt vinger aan de pols.
Je staat er niet alleen voor, maar werkt samen met een andere vrijwillig coördinator en een afdelingscoördinator van Humanitas Heuvelrug. Scholing, begeleiding en verzekering worden ook door Humanitas geregeld.
