Job Description
We’re looking for a VP, US Site General Manager for a listed electronic materials company based in Taiwan. Experience of managing a business unit/group in a well – established electronics or chemical organization is required. This is a newly created position, reporting to the CEO. The candidate will need to work in Taiwan the first year and then relocate to US, Greater Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities: Set up a New Business Unit in the US and lead the BU to maximize its productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Take full profit & loss responsibility. Lead and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Technology Transfer from Taiwan to the new site in the Greater Los Angeles area.
