Job Description

A global aircraft leasing company is seeking an VP Technical to join its technical team. Reporting into senior technical leadership, this role offers the opportunity to work within a high?performing international environment and play a key part in aircraft transition management, commercial support, and technical oversight.
 Key Responsibilities
 Lead the delivery, redelivery, and transition of aircraft across global portfolios.
 Lead aircraft and engine acquisitions, disposals, and remarketing activities.
 Review and negotiate technical clauses within lease documentation.
 Monitor lessee compliance and oversee maintenance reserve claims, audits, and technical performance.
 Liaise with OEMs, MROs, technical advisors, and regulatory authorities on technical and operational matters.
 Contribute to technical analysis including maintenance cost forecasting, transition planning, and technical due diligence.
