Responsibilities
Managing the IPO and other investment transactions.Providing a full range of financial advice for IPO.Managing a team to execute the transactions, including conducting due diligence, managing filing and application processes with the SEC and SET, and reviewing share purchase agreements, etc.Developing the project timeline and managing projects to meet the timeline.Developing relationships with both new and existing clients. Qualifications
