+ Build and maintain a robust, compliant First Line of Defence Business Risk Control capability for IWPB aligned to the global model (risk/control assessment, monitoring, standards implementation, QA).
+ Provide clear guidance to IWPB teams to meet Second Line of Defence directives (Compliance, Operational Risk, Information Security Risk, Business Continuity/Resilience, etc.).
+ Protect the Bank and IWPB from operational loss (financial and reputational) through strong risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
