VP, Private Equity (Buyout)

The VP will be responsible for leading transaction execution, driving deal origination, and actively managing portfolio companies . This role requires a strong control-investing mindset , the ability to independently run deal processes, and confidence engaging with founders, management teams, and external stakeholders across Southeast Asia.

• Lead end-to-end execution of buyout transaction s, including financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
