**Job Description**:**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:The Mexico Vice President of Operations is responsible for providing strategy and full direction to a three-factory operation with well over 3,000 employees at our Saltillo, Mexico Manufacturing campus.This Vice President will be critical in the development of overall performance goals, objectives, operating budget and talent development within Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Transportation, and warehouse/distribution.
