What you'll do…
- Provide operational leadership, coaching and support to General Managers and hotel leadership teams, ensuring alignment with Ennismore's strategy, culture and brand standards.
- Spend significant time in hotels, partnering directly with operational teams to improve guest experience, commercial performance and operational execution.
- Hold General Managers accountable for delivering financial, operational, people and guest experience objectives through regular business reviews and performance management.
- Lead the annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and Latest Estimate (LE) processes across the portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and operational efficiencies while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
