Insight Global is seeking a VP of Account Management to sit fully remote and lead client services for one of our major services clients, providing medical review and independent dispute resolution. This individual will own the overall client relationship strategy, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and driving long-term partnership value across a portfolio of high-profile accounts. The VP will act as the executive point of contact for key clients, establishing structured engagement models, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and resolving complex issues. They will lead and mentor the Account Services team, define best practices for relationship management, and translate client feedback into actionable insights for product and operations teams.
