**Job Description Summary**
The Vice President, Launch Excellence and Insights will lead BD’s Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) focused on driving world-class product launches and actionable market insights. This role is pivotal in shaping BD’s marketing strategy, ensuring flawless execution of launches, and embedding insight-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will set standards, institutionalize best practices, and deliver measurable impact on growth, customer experience, and commercial success working with Business Unit and Regional Marketing Leadership teams.
