Senior member of the team in front-to-end execution of fund finance transactions (including subscription finance and NAV finance) in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan)Conduct due diligence, prepare credit applications (including financial models) and manage approval and closing processesLead the team on the preparation of RFP proposals, term sheets and other loan documentationAssist portfolio and support teams in ad hoc post-closing matters Keep abreast of market trends and current events in fund finance and the broader industryLead members of the team in the preparation of pitch books and participate in marketing activities Product Innovation & Development
