Role Summary:

This leader will architect, design, and deliver next-generation Treasury or Capital Markets platforms with high availability, resilience, and scalability.

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 engineers across backend, frontend, and data engineering.
• Stay hands-on in architecture, coding, and design reviews (not just people management).
• Drive engineering excellence in clean code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, performance tuning, VAPT, and cloud-native best practices.
