VP, Data and Analytics

The VP, Data and Analytics is accountable for the full lifecycle of Magellan Health's enterprise data and analytics capability — from foundational data engineering and governance through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) enablement. This leader will develop and maintain a data and analytics organization, driving a strategic shift to a modern, governed, insight-driven platform that supports clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across the enterprise.

+ Data Strategy & Transformation: Develop and own a multi-year enterprise data and analytics strategy; lead honest current-state assessment; define target-state architecture spanning clinical, claims, and operational data domains; drive rationalization and modernization of legacy data infrastructure.
