The Company
Our client is a Top-tier Chinese investment bank. Their mission is to provide first-class financial services to Coporates, institutions and individual wordwide. They offer a variety of financial services and advisory on investment banking, Fixed income, EQ, asset management, private EQ investment, wealth management as well as research.
The team
You will be joining the compliance team which consists of 60 poeple. Your direct report will be your team head and you will be managing a team of 5.
Responsibilities
Performing trade monitoring and surveillance on Equity and Fixed income business activities
Carrying out e-com and trade monitoring and surveillance independently
Performing compliance reviews on the firm’s business related events
Leading the team for the system development and implementation
Experience needed
