Job Description

The Opportunity

The VP will lead the measurable improvement in sales performance and optimization of sales across Wajax by designing and embedding scalable sales strategies including responsibility for sales strategy, key account management and marketing. Reporting to the COO, this role ensures a strategic approach to sales delivery to support commercial growth.


The Role

  • Sales Strategy – Defining our overall approach to sales at Wajax including defining segmentation models, go-to market strategies and providing clarity of accountabilities.

  • Sales Capability Development – Develop and embed standard approaches to sales with input from the Regional VPs and define the competencies required in our sales leaders. Ensure these standards are maintained through the delivery of co-ordinated development programs and tracking.
