We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Service Manager for our Volvo Dealership based in Worcester.
Benefits include an OTE of £60,000+ and use of a company car. Working hours are Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑6 pm, plus Saturday rota shifts.
The aim is to deliver and exceed customer expectations and satisfaction. Customer care is paramount within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best after‑sales experience.
Role And Responsibilities
- To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department
- To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
- To ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedures are adhered to
- Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
- Managing and developing the team
- Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency
