About the Role 

As a Volunteer Restorative Yoga Teacher, you will support DPV Health’s Social Support Team at Meadow Heights by delivering gentle yoga and movement classes tailored to elderly participants. This is a vital role that helps make a real difference in the lives of community members. 

Key Responsibilities 

Plan and deliver safe, accessible yoga sessions for elderly participants, focusing on gentle movement, breathing, and relaxation. 

• Adapt exercises to suit varying levels of ability, mobility, and health conditions. 

• Encourage participation and build confidence in a supportive, inclusive environment. 

• Set up and pack away equipment and ensure the space is safe and welcoming. 

• Maintain clear and respectful communication with participants and staff.
