Job Description
Requirements Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Business Management or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in volunteer management, community partnerships or programme management. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with NCSS Volunteer Management Framework and sector standards. Proficient in volunteer management systems and digital engagement tools. Responsibilities Volunteer Strategy, Governance & Framework Enhancement Lead the review, refinement and implementation of 4S' existing Volunteer Management Framework to ensure relevance, scalability and alignment with organizational strategy. Translate the volunteer strategy into enterprise-wide policies, SOPs, KPIs and governance structures across all facilities.
