We are looking for compassionate and reliable volunteer drivers to help deliver essential medication and equipment directly to patients' homes, ensuring they receive the care they need when they need it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent medications and equipment directly to patients' homes to support patient discharge and continuity of care.
• Travel across Barnsley and occasionally to other local sites.
• Collect and deliver items at scheduled times, typically 4pm and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Handle confidential and sensitive items with discretion.
• Adapt to changing schedules or requirements.
• Respond calmly to unexpected situations such as delays, emergencies, or route changes.
• Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with patients, carers, and staff.
