VoIP Network Engineer (onsite)

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: % of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:

Availability to work % of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);

Experience in telephony infrastructure, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) implementation, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking, and call center technologies (3 – 5 years);

Experience working on projects/systems of medium to high complexity surrounding network/system planning, configuration, and optimization;

Lead, coach experience

Experience with Network Monitoring tools, such as SEIM tools and the Network Operations Center ticketing system
