Voice Process Trainer

We are looking for a results-driven Remote Voice Process Trainer to sharpen our sales and lead generation team. You will be responsible for training agents to handle US-based finance offers, ensuring high conversion rates and strict compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Training: Conduct remote training sessions for new hires on pitch delivery, rebuttal handling, and lead qualification for finance products.
• Script Optimization: Refine and drill agents on call scripts to improve engagement and lead quality.
• Quality & Compliance: Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure adherence to TCPA guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Performance Coaching: Provide data-driven feedback and 1-on-1 coaching to underperforming agents to meet daily lead targets.
