To complete this task, they are looking for a high-skilled Voice AI Agent Specialist. Here you’ll help design and scale voice-driven AI agents that take on high-volume scheduling and support workflows that currently overwhelm call centers. If you enjoy turning messy real-world processes into clear conversational workflows, building Node-driven logic that plugs into complex systems, and architecting voice AI that can scale to millions of interactions, this is a place to grow. You’ll be the expert others rely on, shaping how intelligent voice agents operate across an enterprise and setting the foundation for how AI supports clinical operations.
