VMC Machine Operator

The general role for the Milling Operator [VMC Machine Operator] is to measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design as well as is to identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process.  Key Responsibilities & Authorities To Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Capable to do the programming of Operating with three axis machines (X, Y, Z) Make programs by master CAM Or any other software Capable of operating Fanuc & Siemens controls.

Required sufficient knowledge of VMC Machines (3-axis & 4-Axis).

Able to do trouble shooting of VMC machines for the daily base minor issues.
