Visual Inspection Operator

Our client, a key player in life sciences industry is looking for a Visual Inspection Operator for sterile products (liquid and freeze-dried vials/syringes) in GMP area and under aseptic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the project team in defining and setting up processes in the field of visual inspection for manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic visual inspection.
• Support during commissioning, qualification and validation of the new production facility and processes
• Identifying and immediately reporting deviations and providing support in investigating the causes
• Performing activities in accordance with GMP and SOPs
• Compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) requirements
• GMP-compliant documentation in MES, on forms and in logbooks
• Preparation and follow-up of rooms and equipment for visual inspection
