Visual Design Lead

Art Director (5–6 years)

We’re looking for an Art Director who brings strong cultural context—especially in fashion, lifestyle, and design-led brands—and can lead categories end to end.

This is not a pure execution role. You’ll be responsible for visual direction, concepting, and raising the bar beyond the brief.

What you’ll do

• Own visual direction for specific categories/campaigns—from concept to final output
• Translate cultural insight, fashion trends, and brand POV into strong visual ideas
• Guide senior designers on look, feel, and craft (not micromanage execution)
• Push work beyond “what’s asked” with sharper ideas, references, and storytelling
• Partner closely with creative leadership, content, and marketing teams
