Someone who is easy going a realist that is driven by idealistic thoughts, we like to keep our feet on the ground and our heads looking up at the blue sky unless there are clouds.

• You must have a serious passion for designing communication concepts and unique intuitive experiences across channels.
• Strive for ideas that go beyond the expected and tap into cultural and behavioral insights to move consumers emotionally
• Know how to excite consumers with delightful details.
