Role Summary:
Visiting Partners at xCelero are embedded domain experts (ex-founders, CTOs, civic innovators) who lead sprints, mentor ProtoCos, and drive deep experimentation in the Labs. You'll operate like a builder-in-residence for 1–2 cycles, pushing technical, ethical, or regulatory boundaries in your space. Ideal for leaders who want to work with frontier teams—not sit on the sidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead thematic Labs residencies (e.g., AI Ethics, Mobility Innovation)
Mentor 2–3 ProtoCos in MVP, fundraising, or scale prep
Help run pilot squads or short-term venture experiments
Advise studio GPs on emerging sectors or thesis validation
Occasionally co-lead SPVs or investment memos
