Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor (Temporary Employee Pool)

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a Master’s degree in nutrition or nutrition-related field with significant clinical nutrition experience.
• Teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite Programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Credentialed as a registered dietitian nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Academic experience in Clinical Nutrition Education, to include curriculum development.
• Knowledge of competency-based education.
• Strong CN teaching experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional higher education teaching experience.
• Desire to teach and learn from students in all phases of the curriculum, using a humanistic educational model.
