Deliver Consulting projects. Resolve complex strategic problems. Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required.

Manage, facilitate and implement consulting services and meet client’s business targets (assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, external consultants’ and other vendors’ supervision and project delivery).

Work closely with VISA vendors and other VISA groups, including Product, Digital Solutions, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, Marketing etc., to ensure optimal outcomes for VISA clients.

If required manage external experts and/or campaign managers for projects that require external support:

Maintain excellent liaison and supervision of external consultants’ deliveries.

Assist in selecting, recruiting, and onboarding of external experts.

Coordinating and managing day-to-day activities of external experts.
