Virtualization Engineer

Role Summary:
The Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, operating, and securing hybrid infrastructure environments, covering on-prem virtualization (Proxmox), enterprise cloud platforms, and modern AI-assisted operations. The role requires strong technical depth, security awareness, and automation mindset to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Virtualization: (Must have)
Design, deploy, and manage Proxmox Virtual Environment (VE) clusters, including:
High Availability (HA)
Clustering
Storage integrations (ZFS / Ceph – preferred)
Manage backup and recovery using Proxmox Backup Server and cloud-based backup solutions.
Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers across on-prem and cloud environments.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure stability and scalability.
