Virtual Relationship Manager

We are looking for Digital Relationship Assistant Managers/Managers to call and nurture leads from digital channels such as the website, social media, and paid campaigns. The primary focus is on lead qualification though calling, client engagement, addressing inquiries, and coordinating meetings with Offline Relationship Managers for seamless sales conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with leads to address queries and understand their investment needs.
• Assess and qualify leads based on their investment size, financial goals, and product interests.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Offline Relationship Managers for seamless sales conversion.
• Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
• Track and update lead status, conversion progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.
