Position Summary
The Virtual Metrology Engineer is responsible for utilizing Virtual Metrology data coupled with other factory data to perform real‑time analysis to identify best manufacturing paths combination to reduce yield variabilities. The role combines data science, metrology expertise, yield analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact solutions for manufacturing productivity and quality.Role and Responsibilities
