Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finance automation projects while acting as a key liaison with IT.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Take accountability for timely closing of underwriting and reinsurance systems.
• Manage bank account reconciliations and clearing accounts.
• Prepare and process monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, adjusting entries to balance sheet and income statement for financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly overriding and contingency commissions entries.
• Set up and update reinsurance system and verify correctness of test results.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation of financial statements, commentaries, and other supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annually financial reinsurance reports to divisions and reinsurers.
