Virtual Construction Manager

Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Virtual Construction Manager to provide strong people leadership and day-to-day project oversight for a team of approximately 21 professionals, including several remote employees. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on knowledge of mechanical pipework and plumbing and will serve as a technical support resource to unblock teams, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve design- and construction-related challenges. This individual will stay closely engaged with daily production and project tracking, maintaining clear visibility into progress, risks, and issues across active workstreams.

The ideal candidate will be a traditional, experienced manager who focuses on people management, accountability, and project coordination rather than direct design execution.
