Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can help us find, clean, and manage high-quality lead data for our outreach and automation campaigns.
You'll work with tools like , StoreLeads, and GoHighLevel (GHL) to source potential leads (mostly Shopify stores or agencies), clean the data, and ensure everything is correctly uploaded into our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Scraping

• Use and StoreLeads to find new potential leads that match our target criteria (e.g. Shopify stores, agencies, or eCommerce brands).
• Apply filters (location, industry, tech stack, revenue, etc.) to get relevant lists.
• Export and organize leads into spreadsheets.

Data Cleaning & Validation

• Remove duplicates, incorrect, or missing data.
• Verify contact information (emails, domains, etc.) using built-in or external tools.
• Ensure all data is formatted properly (names capitalized, no broken links,...
